Having been an athlete my whole life, health and wellness has always played a huge part in my lifestyle. Over the last few years, I have suffered with a debilitating chronic pain issue and has become evident over time that consistent exercise and healthy eating has helped me more than any medication.  My current fitness routine involves swimming, yoga, gym cardio, resistance training, calisthenics and rollerblading (in the summer) – as it’s good to switch things up in order to not plateau – but I am always open to trying out new things.  And after years and years of exercise I know one thing for sure…Winter work-outs is the only way to get that Summer body you want!  Enter my good friend and fitness guru Nadia Clarke Cordick…

Nadia is a fitness expert, trainer and former fitness competitor who has 15 years of experience within the industry and founded Repetitions Fitness Studio in 2008, just north of Toronto.  Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get toned or shed some unwanted body fat, Nadia is launching a “pop-up fitness studio” in the city this Saturday, February 2nd for the entire month of February.  It is a unique, boutique studio catering to all aspects of health and wellness – boot camps, private/semi private training, nutritional coaching, meal planning, personal shopping and a healthy meals delivery service.

If you are interested in taking your health and fitness to the next level and would like more information about Rep Fitness’ services, feel free to drop by their open house this Saturday for some delicious healthy snacks, fitness demo classes, or to sign up for any of their offered programs.
