Occasionally when I put a look together I get inspired by a style icon, a decade/era, a magazine editorial or even a city or culture. This particular outfit reminds me of one of my favourite cities in the world…Paris! The covetable wool blend sweater from Ann Taylor works really well with an edgy skirt, like the leather one I have on with a statement necklace, but would also look amazing paired with a cigarette pant for work. The design and colour combination closely resembles a classic Chanel jacket, which is probably the reason why I love it so much. Apparently I’m not the only fan, the item did so well in sales, Ann Taylor has updated the sweater in black and camel which is available now as an online exclusive.
