I have always loved Whitney Port on MTV’s The Hills, continued to be a fan when she did her spinoff, The City and now I’ve fallen in love with her clothing line Whitney Eve. I saw this dress several weeks ago at the Kelly Claman press preview and was immediately captivated by the beautiful watercolours and design. This piece is from the newly engaged designer’s Fall 2013 collaborative collection with Disney titled, “Untold Treasures” which was inspired by Port’s fave childhood film The Little Mermaid.

The “Under the Sea” shift dress I am wearing mimics the gorgeous colours found in the ocean with tones of rich greens and blues,  uncharacteristic for this time of year, but I find it very refreshing to see wear bright colours during the Fall/Winter season.
