If you have a penchant for minimalist interiors, clean design aesthetic and sun drenched spaces, then I highly suggest you proceed with caution before reading the rest of this post. After several years of subscribing to Architectural Digest and watching more episodes than I would like to admit of design shows on HGTV, in my mind I have ideas of the elements necessary to create my ideal living space. This insanely beautiful apartment situated, in New York’s Soho neighbourhood, is pretty much it but there’s just one thing – this property is not a liveable space. Despite looking like the dream digs owned by some super cool celeb or model, The Apartment is in fact is a shop-able boutique created by fashion stylists Vanessa Traina and Morgan Wendelborn, as an extension of their online store The Line.

The epitome of stylish chic living, every inch of this apartment is covetable (and Instagram-able may I add). Designed by Carl Sprague, this holy grail of real estate is filled with carefully curated items to purchase. The carefully curated collections include everything from beauty products, fashion pieces, furniture, housing accessories, and design objects that directly reflect Traina and Wendelborn’s striped down and refined aesthetic.

With their one goal of providing consumers a unique and simplified shopping experience, the pair looks to provide cohesive, long lasting products in a space that acts almost as a real life Pinterest board.

What will you find inside? For both The Line and The Apartment, it’s solely about the products that make up a lifestyle. The selection consists of established and lesser-known brands. Amongst Prouvé chairs from the 20th century design dealer The Warehouse, products from Christopher Lemaire and Britian’s cult avant garde designer JW Anderson, Rodin Olio Lusso beauty oil, the newly launched ready-to-wear line Protagonist by Kate Wendelborn. For those of you lucky individuals who get to call New York City your home, this space is also used for discussions, screenings, dinners and workshops. How awesome is that?
