This summer the vibe of Miami and Vegas beach inspired nightclubs have arrived north of the border in Toronto – FINALLY! Last Thursday evening the doors were opened to media, press and celebs for us to check out Zlatko Starkovski’s (Pres & Founder of MUZIK) newest endeavour MUZIK Beach. Torrential rain didn’t stop droves of people to come preview the spectacular outdoor space, which is located just outside the doors of Starkovski’s legendary destination, MUZIK Nightclub.

During my guided tour, I was surprised to discover I was immediately immersed in a sea of white draped cabanas and loungers around a sizeable pool (for nightclub standards) in the middle of the space, seriously I totally forgot where I was for a brief moment . On the east side of the grounds is where I found the Muzik Bier Garden, which is literally an unexpected oasis featuring shaded gardens, specialty brews and delish gourmet BBQ and on the west side, The Park, where guests can pre-book picnic tables complete with picnic baskets, gingham linens and specialty menus.
Not to be outdone by the rest of the venue, there is a champers lounge, sponsored by my all time fave champagne brand Veuve Cliquot, which has a 20 ft bar in the liquor’s signature colours as the main focal point.

As if all this wasn’t enough, we got to nosh on some amazing food by the venue’s culinary partner, The Food Dudes, dance to tunes spun by DJ Joe Marella, and take in a live fashion show featuring looks by legendary Australian swimwear line: White Sands. After spending a few hours at MUZIK Beach during this private preview, I have to admit, that I was very interested in what the venue would look like once it was open to the public. So…I returned a few days later for their insane opening night last Saturday! Let’s just say, now that Summer seems to have finally arrived, make sure to not miss the Muzik Beach experience.
XO,
S
