Once upon a time I used to always subject myself to wearing black (and yes, even in the Summer months…it’s slimming what can I say!) but this summer I’ve gotten out of my sartorial,  no colour slump with some bright primary colour pieces that give me no choice but to be in a cheery mood. So infatuated with this indigo and white ikat pencil skirt from my peeps at Ann Taylor and I couldn’t resist turning the colour volume up a notch with this sunny car coat…worn cape style OBVI!
