I may not necessarily be the most skilled in the culinary arts but when I was presented with the opportunity to collaborate in the kitchen with two fellow bloggers, Garrett Tonge and Casie Stewart, for a cooking series with the prestigious Cuisinart Canada brand, the answer was obviously yes. In the premiere episode, our cooking crew gathered in my kitchen at home to cook a roasted whole chicken with warm bread and arugula salad using Cuisinart’s Combo Steam + Convection Oven.
While only few are lucky enough to have a built in steam oven in their kitchen at home, Cuisinart has recently launched one with all the functions of a professional steam oven but in the form of a countertop appliance – which allows you to prepare tasty and healthy meals in roughly 50% less time like the one we prepared in the video below:
