Although it may not be groundbreaking, florals will always be considered the embodiment of spring…but wearing it in mid March would probably make me a legitimate season pusher. However, its summer in Australia right now, which is the home of Aussie cult brand Mink Pink and after recently checking out their collection, it was almost impossible not to incorporate some of the label’s recent pieces into my winter wardrobe. With a vibrant print that resembles water colour art, this light weight unstructured blazer is the perfect transitional piece that can be worn in between seasons. To help anchor the look at make it less “Spring”, I’ve paired it with classic black denim and my latest favourite pumps ironically from Call It Spring, to make it more season appropriate.
