I recently added the Converse Fall/Winter media preview here in Toronto and although I’m a fan of the classic kicks the heritage brand has produced for years, the sneak peek I got of the Converse Missoni Chuck Taylor All-Star collection. Converse released the images for the full collection this week and I am confident that fans of both Missoni and Converse will be looking to get their hands on a pair of these zig zag sneakers. The two iconic brands originally joined together back in 2010 to create the first of 8 premium sneaker capsule collections to showcase design, authenticity and craftsmanship.

Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Fancy – Suggested Retail $95-100

Available exclusively for us ladies, the All Star Fancy stays in line with what we expect from the classic Chuck Taylor high’s but has a more feminine silhouette. This beauty will be available in two colour ways; Hollyhock/Auburn and Black/Egret.

Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Missoni  Exclusively for Nordstrom – Suggested Retail $95

Not quite sure how many of these are going to be produced but I have no doubt that it will be the most popular from the collection as it features Missoni’s classic colour combination and zig zag. This style will also be available in unisex sizes and exclusively at Nordstrom’s. Available in Lucky Stone/Egret.

The new Fall collaboration collection will launch exclusively at Norstrom on August 4th and will include one style exclusive to the retailer. The remainder of the collection will be available at Converse retail stores and online August 31st in the US. For my fellow Canadians, the collection will drop north of the border on September 15th and will be sold at Town Shoes, Little Burgundy, Gravity Pope and Live Stock.
